By Jamil Allouche

With the littles ones looking forward to time off from school over the summer holidays, chances are you'll be searching for activities to keep them occupied and happy. If you're interested in holiday programmes near your property in Brunswick, check out the local libraries in the area.

There are a wide range of different things going on across the libraries that could be perfect for children of all ages. For example, the Summer Reading Fest is fun pastime for your kid to get involved with.

After collecting a record card from a local Moreland library, it's their challenge to read five books over the holidays to be in to win a whole bunch of prizes – including book vouchers, iTunes cards, pool passes and much more.

Furthermore, there are a number of storytime opportunities for them to pop along to, as well as creative activities like bead weaving, painting, paper bag masks and many other things over the period. These options could help make your school holiday experience this summer a lot easier to stomach, giving you peace of mind while keeping the children entertained.
