How to give your Brunswick property summer sale curb appeal
Ready to sell your Brunswick home? Think again. This summer, ensure your curb appeal is up to scratch before hitting the market.
The Moreland City Council is issuing a final call to all interested in being a part of this year's Coburg Night Market. Applications to set up a stall during the event, which boasts four consecutive Fridays of music, merchandise, and food, will end on August 30.
The first Coburg Night Market ran in 2010, attracting a crowd of 14,200 attendees. Since then, the event has grown more than twice in popularity, seeing a total attendance of 35,300 people in last year's Night Market.
The Coburg Night Market is superb platform to showcase some of Melbourne's most dynamic performers and musical talents. Last year saw the stage graced by acts such as Public Opinion Six, a six-piece band that bring the sounds of West Africa in an interesting twist, and The Furbelows, a jazzy 1930s-themed party band.
Of course, the other main draw of the event is the vast spread of delicious food on offer by the numerous stalls carefully handpicked for the event. As always, the food will consist of local favourites such as burgers and deep-fried seafood, as well international flavours like Satay skewers and Vietnamese rolls.
Numerous merchandise stalls will also be present as well as a brand new tent dedicated for children.
Partnership opportunities are also available for those interested in standing out during the event. Other than making a few good nights' worth of cash, this comes with a host of benefits depending on the level of partnership. These include special brand exposure on social media, event print materials, and more.
