How to give your Brunswick property summer sale curb appeal
Ready to sell your Brunswick home? Think again. This summer, ensure your curb appeal is up to scratch before hitting the market.
On Saturday 25 October, be sure to get involved in the Moreland Council's fourth annual Garage Sale Trail – a national event encouraging people to get involved with their community, sell unwanted items and foster a sense of community spirit.
The Garage Sale Trail is open to all residents of Brunswick property and could be a great way to get out into the local area, meet new people, and pick up some wonderful little bits and bobs for your home. Mayor Lambros Tapinos has thrown his support behind the local community's involvement in the event.
"The campaign offers our community the opportunity to think creatively about how we can reuse items that might otherwise be put out for Council collection and possibly end up in landfill," said Mr Tapinos in a 22 August statement.
If you've got items you want to sell, you can register your stall online for free and get yourself out there. The weekend is sure to provide plenty of hidden treasures and fun for the whole family – simply get involved and have a blast!
