How to give your Brunswick property summer sale curb appeal
Ready to sell your Brunswick home? Think again. This summer, ensure your curb appeal is up to scratch before hitting the market.
A recent announcement from the Victorian government has highlighted a new push for education across the state's communities, with a $9 million funding boost being announced by minister for higher education and skills Nick Wakeling earlier this week (28 October ).
This could be great news for residents of property in Brunswick, with the opportunity for future development and growth occurring following more investment from the Adult, Community and Further Education Board.
"This $9million investment will provide funding to support projects that boost engagement, education and employment opportunities through the expansion of Learn Local delivery with partners such as Neighbourhood Houses," said Mr Wakeling in a 28 October statement.
Industry-focused training in Victoria has become more targeted as well. Thanks to increasing support for skill development over the last few years, 72 per cent of training is now being undertaken in areas of the economy suffering from employment shortages – helping people secure work sooner rather than later.
As the state continues to grow, the need for employment and future opportunities will increase as well. Now could be a great time to consider buying your own Brunswick real estate and establishing yourself in the local community today.
{DT: Training and skill development programmes in Victoria are expected to grow, as the state government commits more resources towards education.}
