How to give your Brunswick property summer sale curb appeal
Ready to sell your Brunswick home? Think again. This summer, ensure your curb appeal is up to scratch before hitting the market.
There are many advantages to buying brand new property in Brunswick. Not only do you get to make your mark on your new home from day one, but it is also generally more environmentally friendly than older real estate.
If a new-build property is on your wish list, you should find there are plenty of options to consider throughout the Melbourne area.
That's because the City of Melbourne's Development Activity Monitor points to success in the construction sector over the past year – something which is expected to continue well into 2015.
Last year alone, 6,319 apartments were completed in the city, which is around three times higher than the long term average of 2,100 witnessed since 2002.
Councillor Ken Ong, chair of council's planning portfolio, said: "The City of Melbourne is working hard to plan for growth by ensuring we have diversity and quality in our housing stock, as well as infrastructure to meet the needs of a growing community."
Over the next three years, 59 residential developments are already in the pipeline, while an additional 13,500 homes will be added to the city's housing stock.
