How to give your Brunswick property summer sale curb appeal
Ready to sell your Brunswick home? Think again. This summer, ensure your curb appeal is up to scratch before hitting the market.
Residents of real estate in Brunswick who have a certain affinity for the environment and making a difference across the community could be interested to hear about the Social Entrepreneurs Accelerator Program being run by the Moreland Council over the next month.
The council will sponsor three people who live and work in Moreland to attend the Melbourne School for Social Entrepreneurs Accelerator Program – including $5,000 per person – in order to help these individuals achieve their goals and make a difference within the local community.
Starting from August 2014, the position at the school is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Applicants can apply for any projects that are based in or directly benefit the Moreland community, with applications open to people who are either running a not-for-profit business or organisation with a social or environmental purpose. Furthermore, people with disabilities, or individuals from a refugee, migrant or indigenous background are also able to apply.
Now could be the perfect time to approach your local area with a game-changing idea and help contribute to a happier, healthier Brunswick environment in the near future.
