How to give your Brunswick property summer sale curb appeal
Ready to sell your Brunswick home? Think again. This summer, ensure your curb appeal is up to scratch before hitting the market.
Living in real estate in Brunswick opens you up to all sorts of creative influences, some of which will be on show at this weekend's Brunswick South Arts Festival.
It's due to take place on 28 and 29 November, bringing together some of the best talent from the region and perhaps even giving inspiration for unique Christmas gifts.
Brunswick South Primary School will be hosting the event, which kicks off with a gala opening night, running from 6 pm to 9 pm.
You'll be able to marvel at some magnificent art work, as well as ceramics, sculptures and handmade jewellery. Tickets are priced at $20 and can be bought on the door.
The second evening sees the Arts Festival get into full swing. Expect to see everything from live entertainment to puppet making – there truly is something for everyone!
There will be plenty of stalls selling clothes, books, cakes and more, so why not treat yourself to a real slice of your new neighbourhood?
Entry to the Arts Festival is free, but a gold coin donation is recommended in order to view the exhibition.
