How to give your Brunswick property summer sale curb appeal
Ready to sell your Brunswick home? Think again. This summer, ensure your curb appeal is up to scratch before hitting the market.
If you're living in property in Brunswick and have young children to entertain during the upcoming school holidays, why not enrol them in the upcoming programs put on by the Moreland City Council?
Your primary school-aged children will love what's on offer between 30 June and 11 July at locations dotted around the area.
Brunswick East Primary School, Brunswick South West Primary School and Coburg North Primary School are all hosting the programs, which are highly sought after ever year.
Applications must be received by 30 May at 5 pm, so get in now in order to secure a place for your child. Application forms are available on the council's website, and can be made electronically or delivered in person to the Moreland Citizens Service Centre in Brunswick or Coburg.
Keep in mind that payments are due by 13 June. However, Child Care Benefits and Child Care Rebates can be used to bump down the price.
The holiday program could be a great idea if you've got a busy lifestyle and need to secure care while your children have time off school. However, it's also a great learning opportunity for young minds.
Activities include a wildlife exposure incursion, building construction competition day, plenty of cooking activities, sports days and daytime camping.
